- 【Long-Handle Bamboo Katana】 The Long-Handle Bamboo Katana is a hand forged, full tang Japanese katana built on a 28.5-inch blade of 1080 Carbon Steel, balanced for a confident two-handed grip at 42.5 inches overall.
- 【Heat-Tempered Blade & Finished Edge】 The blade is heat-tempered to bring out a visible wavy temper pattern along the functional edge, then finished to an edge suited to dojo practice. A bo-hi groove is cut down each side to lighten the blade and improve its balance in the hand.
- 【Tsuba & Rayskin Handle】 The mounting is led by a bamboo-motif tsuba above a fitted habaki collar, set over an extended long handle of wood wrapped in genuine rayskin (samegawa). The handle is finished with a black cotton ito wrap and menuki for a secure, comfortable two-handed grip.
- 【Full Tang & Specifications】 The full tang is secured with bamboo mekugi and the blade rests in a glossy black lacquered wood saya fitted with a black sageo; blade 28.5 in, an extended long 14.5 in handle, and 42.5 in overall. It also comes with an appraisal document.
