• 【Clay-Tempered 1095 Blade】The 1095 high carbon steel blade is clay-tempered and water-quenched, drawing out a genuine visible hamon along the functional edge over a more resilient spine. It is finished, with a bo-hi groove running down each side to lighten the blade and improve its balance in motion.
• 【Dancing-Crane Tsuba & Rayskin Handle】The dancing-crane open-lattice tsuba seats against a fitted habaki collar at the collar. The wood handle is wrapped in genuine rayskin (samegawa) beneath black cotton ito and set with menuki, giving a secure two-handed grip.
