• 【Vine Guard & Rayskin Handle】 a pierced traditional tsuba sits above a fitted habaki collar; the wood handle is wrapped over genuine rayskin (samegawa) with cotton ito cord and menuki ornaments beneath the wrap, shaping a firm two-handed grip.
• 【Full Tang & Specifications】 The full tang runs the length of the handle and is held by a bamboo mekugi peg; the blade rests in a black lacquered wood saya fitted with a sageo cord, and the sword ships with an appraisal document. Blade 28.5 in, handle 11 in, overall 41 in.
